Our Ancient Rome Segway tour will take us back in time, leading us right to the heart of ancient Rome. After crossing the impressive remains of the great Caesar palace on top of the Palatine Hill and the huge Circus Maximus, we will take a break on the gorgeous orange garden on top of the Aventine hill, where breathtaking views and optical illusions fill the view. We will then pass by Rome’s most ancient temple, dedicated to Hercules the Conqueror, and the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, with its famous Mouth of Truth. Before gazing at the famous ruins of the Roman Forum, the center of the Roman empire with its temples, arches and columns, we will also pass through the Capitoline hill, where the most important temples once stood and where we can now see the magnificent Michelangelo made Campidolio Square. Last but not least, you will get the chance to take your picture from the best spot in town, with the Eternal City’s most famous landmark, the Colosseum.
