By clicking on the “Continue” button you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. The transaction is secure and simple thanks to the PayPal checkout system. You can pay with your credit card even if you haven’t got a PayPal account. Once your transaction is completed you will receive an email with the booking confirmation from “Rolling Rome”.
Pay by Cash
In case you would like to pay us directly we need you to provide us with an address (Hotel name) and a phone number you could be reached in Rome.
Terms & Conditions
- The Booking is Time & Date specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive in the correct time & date.
- The Segway Tour is not appropriate for pregnant women.
- Customers will be required to sign a statement of risk before the tour.
- It is obligatory to wear a helmet during the tour. we will provide it.
- Customer must be at least 15 years old.
- A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form for riders 15 to 18 years old.
- Riders must weight between 45-110 kg (99-245 pounds).
- Riders must have the ability to stand straight, lean slightly forward and backwards, and climb a step.
- Tours may be cancelled at short notice in case weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if tour cannot be rescheduled.
- Redund will be issued only to customers who booked directly to Rolling-Rome.
- Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Refund due to cancellation will be issued in the following cases:
- Complete refund – At least 72 Hours before the Tour schedule.
- 50% refund – At least 48 Hours before the Tour schedule.
- We will give you the possibility to reschedule the tour, in case we are available, if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour.
- Less then 48 Hours – We will give you the possibility to reschedule the tour in case we are available.
- Refunds will be issued only in case the booking was made directly to Rolling-Rome.
